Refund Policy

At MedFast Pharmacy, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure that all products delivered are genuine and properly packed. Please read our refund and replacement policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Medicines & Healthcare Products

Due to safety and hygiene reasons, medicines and healthcare products once sold cannot be returned or exchanged unless:

  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Product is damaged during delivery
  • Expired product received
  • Item missing from the package

2. Replacement Eligibility

Customers can request a replacement within 24 hours of delivery by sharing:

  • Order details
  • Product images
  • Invoice copy

3. Refund Process

If the replacement is not possible, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

4. Non-Refundable Products

The following products are non-returnable:

  • Opened medicines
  • Used healthcare products
  • Personal care items
  • Products damaged after delivery

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
